11:11 Circle

safety and crisis support

If you might be in danger right now, call your local emergency number. In the US, you can call or text 988 at any time.

who the app is for

11:11 Circle is a manifesting app with AI guides, for inspiration and entertainment. It's made for adults, 18 and over.

The guides are AI. They aren't people, and they aren't licensed professionals of any kind. They can't help in an emergency.

what we check for

Before anything you write reaches the AI, our server checks it for signs that you might be thinking about suicide or self-harm. That covers your messages to your guide, and everything else the AI would read: what you're calling in, your answers for your stories, and the name you give.

The check is fixed lists of phrases in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. It's code on our server, not an AI judging you, and it errs on the side of care: a message that only sounds like a crisis gets the same answer.

what happens next

Your guide steps out of character, and you get a fixed message, written by people, never by the AI. Here it is, word for word:

I'm stepping out of character for a moment, because what you just shared matters more than any number. I'm an AI and I can't be there with you, but real people can, right now: if you're in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, day or night — or text HOME to 741741 to reach a trained crisis counselor. If you're outside the US, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential support lines for your country. If you might be in immediate danger, please call your local emergency number now. Nothing about this is your energy's fault. You deserve support from a human tonight. I'll be here after.

what happens to what you wrote

None of it goes to the AI, and no reading, story or notification is made from it. In a chat, it doesn't count against your daily messages.

In a chat, the two messages stay in your chat history like the rest of your chat, and are deleted with your account. Anywhere else in the app, what you wrote isn't saved.

what the guides are told

The guides' instructions say manifesting never stands in for professional help. They don't promise outcomes, and they never blame you for what happens.

Every reply is checked before you see it, against fixed lists: no blame, no doom, no promised outcomes, and no instructions about your money, the law or seeing a doctor. A reply that fails is never shown; you get a short line from us instead.

what the guides steer away from

Some things your guide won't help with, and it says so in its own voice: manifesting in place of a doctor's care, decisions about your money, getting a particular person to do something, lottery or gambling picks, and Grabovoi codes.

are you talking to a person?

No. Ask your guide whether it's a person and it'll tell you it's AI. The app says so before you start, and asks before anything you write goes to the AI.
